This is really well done manipulation. You manged to blend all effets together so they look realistic and whole. I like overall red shade of picture, it stress atmosphere of danger and demon. Also, making it look like the eye is lined by fire is great. I think that you used the stock really well and took advanatge of natural patter on iris, which painted in red resembles fire.
